Wattsan 3D

Marking deep, 3D engravings even on uneven surfaces is possible with the Wattsan 3D Laser Marker. For that, it has an autofocus system that corrects the positioning of the laser beam in relation to the material. Wattsan 3D can process various materials such as metal, leather, rubber, wood, bamboo products, tile, plastic, marble, jade, etc.

Dynamic autofocus system

The JCZ G3-3D scanning system is suitable for complex and curved surface processing, marking, and 3D deep engraving. This system is a perfect choice if you are working with unique-shaped or individual workpieces, since it uses an advanced dynamic laser beam compensation algorithm with point-by-point tracking.
Thanks to the synchronous movement of the Z, X, and Y axes, the machine provides a stable laser beam size, high speed of work, and quality.

    It's responsible for directing the laser beam on the material’s surface. At Wattsan, we use Sino-Galvo scanners. They have high marking and positioning speed.
    The lens is focusing the beam on the material surface. The main advantage of F-Theta lenses is the ability to maintain the same focusing point along the whole working area. Focal length and working area sizes are strictly related.

      If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

      We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

      EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
