Wattsan FM is a laser marking machine created to be part of a conveyor line and operate at a high speed. In basic configuration it has a working speed of 10–15 m/min and a Z-axis of 800 mm in height. The FM model reduces manufacturing time and ensures error-free repeatability, making it useful in manufacturing electronics or packaging production, as well as in the automotive, medical, or food sectors.

The machine can create QR codes, barcodes, serial numbers, images, and other identification signs on various materials, depending on the laser source.

Depending on the type of source selected (Raycus, JPT MOPA, JPT SEAL 355, DAVI), it can mark organic and inorganic, metallic and non-metallic materials such as steel, aluminium, copper, brass, titanium, PVC, HDPE, ABS, rubber, plastics, wood, glass, etc.

The laser source of your choosing

Wattsan FM may have a source from Raycus, JPT MOPA for fiber laser, JPT SEAL 355 for ultraviolet laser, and DAVI for CO2 laser.
CO2 laser is processing organic materials like wood, leather, fabrics, stone, wool, etc.
A fiber source is a preferred choice if you plan to work primarily with metals.
A UV source can mark almost any material, from wood and food to silver and circuit boards.

The Sino-Galvo Scanner SG7310

It’s a part of the basic configuration and has a working speed of 8000 mm/sec and can mark 540 symbols per second. This model has a good operational rate and great positioning precision, resulting in repeatability up to ±0.002 mm.

The LC3000 Controller

This system was chosen due to its efficient work at mass and serial productions. It has accuracy up to 0.01 mm and can process around 100 000 workpieces per month. Ease of use and an intuitive interface allow for faster implementation of the machine in the manufacturing line.
Overall, it increases the speed of work by 30%.

    It's responsible for directing the laser beam on the material’s surface. At Wattsan, we use Sino-Galvo scanners. They have high marking and positioning speed.
    The lens is focusing the beam on the material surface. The main advantage of F-Theta lenses is the ability to maintain the same focusing point along the whole working area. Focal length and working area sizes are strictly related.

      If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

      We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

      EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
