Wattsan FL Compact

The main feature of the Wattsan FL Compact is its mobility and space saving design due to the integrated source inside the marker.

This machine is intended to engrave graphic information (symbols, vector and bitmap images). Depending on the type of the selected source, it can engrave both non-metallic and metallic products. In some cases the machine can be used for cutting materials. It is also possible to clean sheet materials and relatively flat surfaces from contamination.

Built-in laser source

The integrated laser source saves space and allows you to move the equipment with you.

It is possible to integrate any of the two types of sources (fiber or UV), so you can choose the right one based on the material you want to process. From plastic, wood, glass, and stone to non-ferrous and precious metals, as well as gemstones, leaves, and fruit.

Lens and working area

Depending on the lens type, you can set the working field to suit your application from 50×50 mm to 300×300 mm.

Lenses for any task

Depending on the task, the fiber laser engraver can be equipped with various lenses to change the engraving area or to increase the piercing power of the beam.

Lenses working area

It can range from 50x50 mm up to 300x300 mm. A simple lens replacement can change the application field of the marker.

Sino-Galvo scanner

Withstand long continuous operation

Red pointers for focusing

This feature includes two dots that land on the material surface and help users to adjust focus with ease.

F-Theta lens

The main advantage of those lenses is the ability to maintain the same focusing point along the whole working area.

Manual scanner adjustment for focusing

Slow and smooth manual adjustment to make it possible to customize the machine for any task you need.

    Greater possibilities for your production

The EZCAD software is extremely powerful and unleashes the potential of any source, enabling both color engraving and depth engraving.

You can choose fiber, or UV laser sources based on your manufacturing needs. Fiber ones are recommended for metals, and UV ones are universal and can work with any workpiece.

    Possibility to replace scanner

It can be changed for a faster and more precise model if required by a client.

Auto focus for laser marking machines

    Autofocus

For working with uneven surfaces, achieving different shades or engraving in depth, your machine can be equipped with an autofocus system.

3D scanner for for laser marking machines

    3D scanner

A JCZ scanner can be installed on the marker to perform more complicated layouts thanks to the dynamic focus. Also, engraving uneven surfaces is way easier with this upgrade.

Motorised Z-axis movement of the scanner for laser marking machines

    Motorized z-axis

Our laser markers can be equipped with an motorized z-axis which can adjust the focus length up & down automatically.

      Logistics
We will deliver the equipment under the most convenient conditions for you

If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
