Wattsan FL HH with
help-me-to-focus module

The horizontal surface does not limit this marker’s functionality. Since its working table can be anywhere you place it. This is Wattsan FL HH, and it’s a handheld laser marker. With it, you can apply images, QR codes, and other graphical information on materials at any angle—on the wall, upside down—or in hard-to-reach areas. And for steady focus, the marker is equipped with a special fixed-focus support module.

Manual mode

The working area may reach up to 300×300 mm; however, when being used in the manual mode with a fixed-focus support module, it is limited to 140×140 mm.

Laser source of your choice

The marker may have a laser source with a Mopa or Q-switch technology. Both offer a wider range of marker applications, allowing for a more diverse colour palette and higher accuracy. Mopa is more precise and produces more shades, but it costs more.

Table-top and manual modes

This model can be used in a table-top and manual modes. For that, the scanning module was developed as mobile. Manual mode is useful for marking flat numbers on the doors or in difficult-to-access areas, for example. The scanning module may also be hung from other surfaces if necessary.

Lenses for any task

Depending on the task, the fiber laser engraver can be equipped with various lenses to change the engraving area or to increase the piercing power of the beam.

Lenses working area

It can range from 50x50 mm up to 300x300 mm. A simple lens replacement can change the application field of the marker.

Red pointers for focusing

This feature includes two dots that land on the material surface and help users to adjust focus with ease.

F-Theta lens

The main advantage of those lenses is the ability to maintain the same focusing point along the whole working area.

Manual scanner adjustment for focusing

Slow and smooth manual adjustment to make it possible to customize the machine for any task you need.

Correctly set focal length, the desired frequency and power allow you to get a color engraving on some metals, such as stainless steel.

Applications for Wattsan fiber laser engravers.

    wattsan-img

    Engraving on knives

Fiber laser engravers are actively used for decorative marking, which allows you to get a unique design on a product that is not available for other devices.

    wattsan-img

    Engraving on plastics, leather

Little is known that fiber optic markers are great for engraving plastics and leather. The thickness of the laser beam allows you to get highly detailed engraving.

    wattsan-img

    Color marking

The laser emitter in the autofocus line-up provides color engraving on metals such as stainless steel and titanium.

    wattsan-img

    Deep engraving

A 50 W power and a lens with a small working area are suitable for engraving material up to 10 mm deep, for example, to make stamps or clichés.

    wattsan-img

    Engraving of non-metals

CO2 markers are designed for engraving non-metals at high speed, and are often used in combination with CO2 laser machines.

    wattsan-img

Engraving to a size larger than the working area

Use a coordinate table to obtain markings larger than the working field of the marker!

    Engraving on steep objects

Fiber lasers of the HH series allow you to engrave on vertical or negative surfaces, which make them indispensable for production.

      Logistics
We will deliver the equipment under the most convenient conditions for you

If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
