Pre-sales Questions

First things first, the material you’re about to work with will determine not only the type of equipment — a CO2 laser, fiber, or router — but also the size of the working area, the required power, and a lot of other things.
Then some specifics of your workpieces may impact the choice. For example, are you going to process sphere-like objects or the ones in rolls? Is your end product small or big? It may affect the type of table.

Yes, instructions are included in the order. If something goes wrong and there is not one in your box, please contact us. We have all manuals and instructions in pdf format, for that matter.

To place an order, you need to submit a request on the page of the desired machine. Our managers will contact you after that! If you have any questions, please write them down in a “message” section of the request form.

We can ship to almost any country, as long as it doesn’t violate its laws. For example, if there is a prohibition on importing consolidated cargo, then we won’t be able to ship to that country. However, this is a rare case.

We offer two payment methods: through a bank or via Alibaba. There are no other options.

Yes, we offer installment payments. The terms are as follows:
You can split the payment, but a minimum of 30% prepayment is required to start production.
After production is complete, 100% of the machine’s cost must be paid before we can ship it.

Consumables are not covered by the warranty. However, the machine itself comes with lifetime service. All you need to do to receive assistance is provide its serial number in the request form.

No, we create equipment based on individual customer requests. For example, the choice of the cooling system or spindle power depends on your production needs. This way, you can be sure that the machine offered to you is perfectly suited to your specific production requirements.

To assemble a CO2 laser machine, our engineers would need 15 days. For a CNC router, cleaning machine, or welding machine, it would take 30 days to be ready. Metal cutters and CNC Press Brake machines are the most complicated ones, so they take 30–60 days of preparation.

Maintenance is an important operation that varies depending on the equipment type. The manual for the equipment contains all of the information needed to do the task correctly! Follow the instructions, and the machine will serve you well.

We provide our customers online training via video. Our engineers will walk you through the machine’s operating procedure and all of the essential basics.
