Wattsan FL GT

Wattsan FL GT is a model designed to overcome limitations of the lens’s size. The working table now can range from 600×600 mm to 1000×1000 mm. With this combination of short-focused lens abilities and a wider processing area, machining large workpieces is simple and convenient. This model can mark while moving—the scanning module is placed on the gantry, which moves it along the X, Y, and Z axes. As a result, you can optimize and automate production processes: you need to only fill in the whole table with workpieces, and the machine will mark them one by one.

Though its primary function is marking, it can also cut and clean some sheet materials. The machine itself forms an independent operator’s workstation.

Enlarged working area

The working table size begins at 600×600 mm, making it easier to deal with large materials or expand the volume of serial manufacturing. For example, marking panels, name or ID plates. If required, we can produce a machine with a custom working area size.

Syntec control system

This is a special controller supporting movement along XY axes. Due to that, you can mark bigger images, overcoming the theta lens’s working area limitations. Syntec is able to do that without gaps or overlays. Smooth and precise work, also available for cutting mode.

Possibility to install any type of a laser source

GT models can be equipped with any of the following laser sources: CO2, fiber, or ultraviolet. The sources themselves have various options regarding brands, so you could choose the most optimal variant.

Ball Screw Unit along all axes

A ball-screw unit is used when the highest accuracy is required. For example, it’s installed in the 1309 mini metal cutter designed to produce details with ideal repeatability. Here, the same ball-screw unit and guides control the precise movement of the scanner.

Lenses for any task

Depending on the task, the fiber laser engraver can be equipped with various lenses to change the engraving area or to increase the piercing power of the beam.

Lenses working area

It can range from 50x50 mm up to 300x300 mm. A simple lens replacement can change the application field of the marker.

Sino-Galvo scanner

Withstand long continuous operation

Red pointers for focusing

This feature includes two dots that land on the material surface and help users to adjust focus with ease.

F-Theta lens

The main advantage of those lenses is the ability to maintain the same focusing point along the whole working area.

Manual scanner adjustment for focusing

Slow and smooth manual adjustment to make it possible to customize the machine for any task you need.

The lens is focusing the beam on the material surface. The main advantage of F-Theta lenses is the ability to maintain the same focusing point along the whole working area. Focal length and working area sizes are strictly related.

    Greater possibilities for your production

    Various laser sources
    Gantry structure and bigger table
You can choose CO2, fiber, or UV laser sources based on your manufacturing needs. First ones are better for organic materials, fiber ones are recommended for metals, and UV ones are universal and can work with any workpiece.
This design allows you to mark bigger workpieces while maintaining the advantages of short-focused lenses. Stable and precise movement and high resolution along the whole working area, which can be from 600x600 mm up to 1000x1000 mm.

Syntec system to unlock full potential

This is a special controller supporting movement along XY axes. Due to that, you can mark bigger images, overcoming the F-theta lens’s working area limitations. Syntec is able to do that without gaps or overlays. Smooth and precise work, also available for cutting mode.

To ensure the quality of the final results, we installed Syntec servomotors in basic configuration on these machines. By the client's choice, stepper motors may be used; however, servo motors are recommended to maximize the potential of a narrow laser beam and high resolution.

    Individualize machine for your production.

Possibility to replace scanner for laser marking machines

    Possibility to replace scanner

It can be changed for a faster and more precise model if required by a client.

Auto focus for laser marking machines

    Autofocus

For working with uneven surfaces, achieving different shades or engraving in depth, your machine can be equipped with an autofocus system.

3D scanner for for laser marking machines

    3D scanner

A JCZ scanner can be installed on the marker to perform more complicated layouts thanks to the dynamic focus. Also, engraving uneven surfaces is way easier with this upgrade.

Motorised Z-axis movement of the scanner for laser marking machines

    Motorized z-axis

Our laser markers can be equipped with an motorized z-axis which can adjust the focus length up & down automatically.

      Logistics
We will deliver the equipment under the most convenient conditions for you

If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
