The Wattsan 1610 Cam Conveyer laser machine is designed to work with woven materials, leather or paper. The material can be in a roll or in the form of separate fragments.

The camera is designed to scan the contours of the pattern already applied to the material and subsequent cutting.

The conveyer table speeds up the processing process many times and practically does not require operator intervention, the operator is required only to change rolls and select the cutting mode.

Such a machine is often used in weaving, leather, shoe industries. It can also be used for prototyping or the production of magnets in the souvenir industry.

Anodized lamellae helps to avoid backfiring the laser beam into the laser head or into the operator

The frame structure

A feature of all Wattsan machines is the frame design! Allows you to work with heavy materials, which at high speeds and significantly extends the life of the machines.

Roll unwinder

The special design of the roll unwinder provides pre-tensioning of the fabric and evenly distributes it over the entire working area.

Conveyer table

Designed for cutting fabrics and leather, not recommended for plywood and other materials!

Enhanced Portal

Allows you to work at high speeds without causing vibrations. Ensures uniform cutting through the entire table area.

Reduced area nozzle

Guarantees the cleanest cut on all types of materials, especially plywood and leather. Avoiding secondary material handling when using a standard compressor. Thanks to reinforced hose connections, the design allows for a more powerful compressor.

    The frame of the machine relieves vibration, especially during engraving, because the greatest moment of inertia is achieved during engraving.

    It is important to keep in mind the accuracy of the machine as well.
    The increased enclosure thickness is designed to reduce vibration during engraving.

    Wattsan machines have an enclosure thickness of 2.9 mm or greater on machines like the 1610 and larger.

    3M belts
    The reinforced portal seriously affects the accuracy of the machine, the lack of vibrations, durability, the speed of movement and the inertia of the equipment.
    3M belts with increased tooth size are used; such belts serve longer and are not prone to abrasion. The material of the belts is especially important, unlike poleuritan belts, the 3M belts prevent the occurrence of a coin cut since no flapping occurs during stretching.

    Laser tube power rheostat and universal mounting

    Wattsan machines are equipped with a potentiometer designed to work at power below 10%, this feature allows one to use even powerful tubes for engraving, without losing quality due to the smaller area of the laser beam.

    The adjustable laser tube mounts allow the use of laser tubes of various lengths and diameters and, in combination with adjustable mirrors, facilitate machine setup and alignment.

      Proper design prevents bursting, even at high pressures

      Belts are positioned over the gantry for easy maintenance and to prevent heat during cutting

      In combination with an asynchronous motor, the load on the working table is up to 80 kg, no misalignment of the table in the horizon.

      The combination of a three-phase stepper motor with a 4:1 belt reducer allows you to get high engraving quality up to 2500 DPI.

      The stepper motor is centered on the shaft on the Y-axis for even load distribution, which greatly increases its service life and accuracy in the production of small parts.
