Laser Сleaning 300W/500W

This handheld laser Wattsan equipment is designed for portable pulse cleaning. A more powerful laser source improves efficiency. This is ideal if you frequently need to clean medium- or large-sized surfaces. It can remove both thin and thick contaminants from organic and nonorganic surfaces. There is no damage to the material itself!
Besides metals, it cleans items with adhesive and galvanized coatings, as well as gypsum and stone.

Easy to use

Training will take a few hours and doesn’t need any particular skills. Working with this equipment doesn’t require a specific protective gear or a separate space in the manufacturing facility. It simply takes 5 minutes to prepare for the cleaning process!

Relfar-(V2/V3) RuiDa control system

The control system allows you to choose from 9 sets of parameters for a specific task. There is also a customization of the gun scan types. For best cleaning, select one of the following patterns: vertical line, horizontal line, oval, square, wavy rectangle, snowflake, filled rectangle, spiral, and filled circle.

The cleaning gun weighs 0.76 kg. Its little weight is essential for the operator when cleaning steep buildings or standing at heights for extended periods of time—even in awkward positions.

JPT laser source

The JPT pulsed cleaning laser source with integrated MOPA technology is more adaptable and has a wider frequency control range compared to continuous cleaning. Meanwhile, the peak laser power is maintained and pulse duration parameters can be adjusted. It is used for more delicate and precise cleaning applications such as mold cleaning.

TEYU water cooling

The chiller is built-in, making transportation easy. This also allows for continuous operation because the machine does not need to be turned off for rest.

Continuous laser cleaning is more cost-effective than pulsed laser cleaning. It quickly removes surface contaminants: rust, paint, especially on large areas.
    Pulsed laser cleaning removes thick contaminants from various materials, even non-metals. It does so precisely and delicately. It is often used for applications where maintaining product integrity is important, such as cleaning molds or thin materials that are sensitive to high temperatures. With adjustable pulse duration while maintaining peak power, this device allows for flexible customization of operations.

    The water cooling unit prevents the equipment from overheating by evenly dissipating heat. Water cooling is useful for both continuous and pulsed laser sources. Even in hot weather, it cools efficiently and quietly. It works well at high power for a variety of tasks.
    The JPT 500W MOPA-enabled laser source precisely controls surface heat, which is important for maintaining product integrity. And thanks to MOPA technology, the material is cleaned with precision and accuracy. This medium-powered gadget tackles thick contaminants and speeds up the cleaning process. To ensure consistent results without damaging the surface, adjust the frequency according to the cleaning requirements for each type of contaminant.

    The interface has an electronic display with settings and preset cleaning parameters. There you will also find on/off buttons, an emergency stop button, etc.

    The interactive control system contains 9 ready-made processing parameters for different types of contamination. In the parameter settings you can adjust the scanning speed up to 20,000 mm/s, frequency, utilization rate and scanning area up to 300 mm² as well as the laser power. Several languages to choose from: Chinese, English, German, Turkish, Russian, etc.
