    Continuous lasers are an excellent solution for large metal structures or pipes where rapid heat removal is required and minor damage to the base material is acceptable. Continuous laser cleaning is more cost-effective than pulsed laser cleaning. It quickly removes surface contaminants: rust, paint, especially on large areas.
    Pulsed laser cleaning removes thick contaminants from various materials, even non-metals. It does so precisely and delicately. It is often used for applications where maintaining product integrity is important, such as cleaning molds or thin materials that are sensitive to high temperatures. With adjustable pulse duration while maintaining peak power, this device allows for flexible customization of operations.

    The water cooling unit prevents the equipment from overheating by evenly dissipating heat. Water cooling is useful for both continuous and pulsed laser sources. Even in hot weather, it cools efficiently and quietly. It works well at high power for a variety of tasks.
    For Wattsan welding and cleaning machines, you can choose a laser source such as Raycus or JPT. If you are on a tight budget and stable, high power operation is important, Raycus is a great option. The JPT with its adjustable pulse parameters may be better for precision welding where control over heat input is critical. JPT is also an excellent option for more precise cleaning.

    The RDWelder app allows remote control and customisation of cleaning parameters. The simple interactive control system allows you to contain treatment libraries for different types of contamination. In the parameter settings you can adjust the scanning speed, frequency, utilization rate scanning area, the laser power and etc. Several languages to choose from: Chinese, English and Russian.

    The Relfar optical system allows you to adjust the width of the laser beam up to 500mm and the 1.5 m focal length will increase safety and ease of working over large areas.

      If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

      We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

      EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
