The Relfar FWH60-C30A Laser Gun is the latest development in laser cleaning technology. With its powerful performance, it efficiently cleans large surfaces, removing rust, paint, and coatings. Designed for high-output industrial use, it ensures maximum coverage and reliability.

Wider coverage

With a source power of 6 kW and a line width of 200 to 500 mm, it allows cleaning large contaminants in large areas in a short time.

High threshold optical system

The Relfar optical system allows scanning speeds of up to 40000 mm/s. This gives a high speed of cleaning of the machined surface.

Water cooling design

The efficient water cooling system combined with the S&A TEYU double circuit chiller ensures stable 24/7 operation.

    Continuous lasers are an excellent solution for large metal structures or pipes where rapid heat removal is required and minor damage to the base material is acceptable. Continuous laser cleaning is more cost-effective than pulsed laser cleaning. It quickly removes surface contaminants: rust, paint, especially on large areas.
    Pulsed laser cleaning removes thick contaminants from various materials, even non-metals. It does so precisely and delicately. It is often used for applications where maintaining product integrity is important, such as cleaning molds or thin materials that are sensitive to high temperatures. With adjustable pulse duration while maintaining peak power, this device allows for flexible customization of operations.

    The water cooling unit prevents the equipment from overheating by evenly dissipating heat. Water cooling is useful for both continuous and pulsed laser sources. Even in hot weather, it cools efficiently and quietly. It works well at high power for a variety of tasks.
    For Wattsan welding and cleaning machines, you can choose a laser source such as Raycus or JPT. If you are on a tight budget and stable, high power operation is important, Raycus is a great option. The JPT with its adjustable pulse parameters may be better for precision welding where control over heat input is critical. JPT is also an excellent option for more precise cleaning.

    Unleash the potential with the RuiDa control system

    The RDWelder app allows remote control and customisation of cleaning parameters. The simple interactive control system allows you to contain treatment libraries for different types of contamination. In the parameter settings you can adjust the scanning speed, frequency, utilization rate scanning area, the laser power and etc. Several languages to choose from: Chinese, English and Russian.

    The Relfar optical system allows you to adjust the width of the laser beam up to 500mm and the 1.5 m focal length will increase safety and ease of working over large areas.

    Advantages of Wattsan laser cleaning machines

    User-friendliness

    Training requires no prior skills or knowledge and takes only a few hours. Neither special protective clothing nor a camera in the workshop are needed to work at the machine. Preparation for cleaning takes up to 5 minutes.

    JPT or Raycus laser source

    The machine is equipped with a JPT fiber source. Other laser sources, such as Raycus, can be installed upon customer request. The source has high single pulse energy, uniform energy distribution, easy to operate and maintain. Suitable for processing in automobile manufacturing, marine industry, petrochemical industry, etc.

    TEYU water cooling
