Laser Cleaning 1500W/2000W/3000W

The Wattsan continuous manual laser cleaning machine is a floor-standing machine for removing shallow organic and inorganic contaminants from surfaces. With rapid heat dissipation and low substrate damage requirements, the machine effectively cleans large steel structures, pipes and more. Continuous laser cleaning removes rust, paint, varnish layers from metal products and other coatings or deposits, degreases the surface, removes the effects of oxidation or carbon deposits.

User-friendliness

Training requires no prior skills or knowledge and takes only a few hours. Neither special protective clothing nor a camera in the workshop are needed to work at the machine. Preparation for cleaning takes up to 5 minutes.

Relfar-(V2/V3) RuiDa control system

The control system allows you to set and select your own parameters for each task. The gun’s scan types are also customizable, allowing you to create different patterns for better cleaning: vertical line, horizontal line, circle, filled circle, snowflake, and filled rectangle.

Light and handy Relfar gun

The cleaning gun weighs less than 1 kg. The gun’s little weight is essential for the operator when cleaning steep buildings or standing at heights for extended periods of time—even in awkward positions.

JPT or Raycus laser source

The machine is equipped with a JPT fiber source. Other laser sources, such as Raycus, can be installed upon customer request. The source has high single pulse energy, uniform energy distribution, easy to operate and maintain. Suitable for processing in automobile manufacturing, marine industry, petrochemical industry, etc.

TEYU water cooling

The chiller is built-in, making transportation easy. This also allows for continuous operation because the machine does not need to be turned off for rest.

Continuous laser cleaning is more cost-effective than pulsed laser cleaning. It quickly removes surface contaminants: rust, paint, especially on large areas.
    Pulsed laser cleaning removes thick contaminants from various materials, even non-metals. It does so precisely and delicately. It is often used for applications where maintaining product integrity is important, such as cleaning molds or thin materials that are sensitive to high temperatures. With adjustable pulse duration while maintaining peak power, this device allows for flexible customization of operations.

    The water cooling unit prevents the equipment from overheating by evenly dissipating heat. Water cooling is useful for both continuous and pulsed laser sources. Even in hot weather, it cools efficiently and quietly. It works well at high power for a variety of tasks.
    For Wattsan welding and cleaning machines, you can choose a laser source such as Raycus or JPT. If you are on a tight budget and stable, high power operation is important, Raycus is a great option. The JPT with its adjustable pulse parameters may be better for precision welding where control over heat input is critical. JPT is also an excellent option for more precise cleaning.

      If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

      We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

      EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
