WATTSAN CORE
for cutting thin tube

The Wattsan Core is a 2 chucks tube laser cutting machine. Used for precision cutting of round, square, rectangular, oval tubes, channel steel, L-steel, angle steel. These models can cut carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, copper pipes, aluminum alloy pipes and other metal materials.

As standard, the maximum length of the processed pipe can be 6, 9 and 12 meters, the maximum diameter is 350 mm.

Front and back chucks

Wattsan Uniq Plus is equipped with an air chuck
with a round hole, fixes the whole range of pipe shapes used, has high stability and wear resistance, which improves production efficiency.
In the cutting area, the machine is equipped with a round hole pneumatic chuck with a max acceleration 1.2 G and a max speed of 150 rpm. The fastest, most economical and versatile way to fix a pipe.

Protect cabin

The protective cabin ensures safe operation and eliminates contamination. The viewing window is made of special protective glass according to European CE standards.

The smoke generated by cutting passes through the filter system inside the cabin, thus providing an environmentally friendly cutting without polluting the external environment.

Pneumatic roller support

The support device maintains contact with the pipe surface as the pipe is fed and rotated. The support force is set according to the pipe specification to provide effective support, prevent pipe sagging, reduce axis oscillation during pipe rotation and improve machining accuracy.

Servo motors Yaskawa

The Wattsan Core tube cutter is equipped with Yaskawa servo motors. The advantages of servo motors include: 2 times increased reliability margin, easy replacement in case of breakdown, minimal vibration, lightweight design, acceleration up to 1.2G and max chuck rotation speed up to 150 r/min.

Laser head body

The laser head consists of four basic units, such as collimating module, focusing driver module, protective lens module and nozzle module.

Protective lens module

The protective lens protects the focusing lens from damage by the
returning slag and prolongs the service life of the focusing lens.

Nozzle module

Guide the focus beam to the work piece and produce high velocity jet cutting to achieve high quality cutting.

3-D nozzle

As an addition, a 3D laser head can be installed on the machine for cutting tubes of complex section: channel, I-beam, angle.

    Anti-vibration support system

    Fluoroplastic supports
    To prevent the pipe from swinging during the cutting process, 3 pneumatic fluoroplastic supports are implemented on the main body of the machine. They provide reliable and precise positioning of the workpiece.
    At the front, the pipe cutter can be equipped with a finished goods receiving unit designed for directional, ergonomic unloading of workpieces at a safe height. This block can also be equipped with two fluoroplastic supports. This option is optional and is used in the case of cutting longer pipes, to intensively dampen vibrations during processing and maintain a high quality of cutting.
    Long working life with quality components

    Wattsan pipe cutters are used with chillers from the leading company TEYU, which allows you to work with well-known brands of laser sources. The chiller saves the life of the most fragile and expensive elements in the machine. That is why the chiller is one of the most important parts in a pipe cutter.

    For ease of use, the laser complex is equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication system. The system supplies lubricating fluid to the moving elements at a predetermined pressure and interval.

    Wattsan Auto pipe cutters are equipped with servo feet supports. A support platform is installed in the receiving unit of the machine and it helps to adjust the pipe in the cutting zone.

    Bevel cutting up to 45 degrees

    This function is indispensable for the subsequent welding of butt-to-butt pipes, beveled pipes, short pipes, products connected with fixing bolts. Will increase the demand for products and increase the range of machined parts.
