WATTSAN CORE
for cutting thin tube

The Wattsan Core is a 2 chucks tube laser cutting machine. Used for precision cutting of round and square tubes. These models can cut carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, copper pipes, aluminum alloy and other metal materials.

As standard, the maximum length of the processed tube can be 6, 9 and 12 meters, the maximum diameter is 350 mm.
We can also customise the size of the work area to suit your application.

Front and back chucks

Wattsan Core is equipped with an air chuck with a round hole, fixes the whole range of pipe shapes used, has high stability and wear resistance, which improves production efficiency.
In the cutting area, the machine is equipped with a round hole pneumatic chuck with a max acceleration 1.2 G and a max speed of 150 rpm. The fastest, most economical and versatile way to fix a pipe.

Protect cabin

The protective cabin ensures safe operation and eliminates contamination. The viewing window is made of special protective glass according to European CE standards.

The smoke generated by cutting passes through the filter system inside the cabin, thus providing an environmentally friendly cutting without polluting the external environment.

Pneumatic roller support

The support device maintains contact with the pipe surface as the pipe is fed and rotated. Supported by variable diameter wheels (up to 350 mm). Effective support for pipes.

Servomotors Yaskawa

The Wattsan Core tube cutter is equipped with Yaskawa servo motors. The advantages of servo motors include: 2 times increased reliability margin, easy replacement in case of breakdown, minimal vibration, lightweight design, acceleration up to 1.2G and max chuck rotation speed up to 150 r/min.

    In Wattsan Core and Core Pro tube cutting machines uses two clamps to hold the pipe-one at the front and one at the rear. This design is ideal for cutting standard lengths and smaller production volumes, offering good precision at a lower cost.
    In Wattsan Nova and Heavy duty tube cutting machines adds an additional chuck, usually in the middle, providing greater stability and higher accuracy. This setup is better suited for larger, heavier pipes and high-volume production, ensuring more precise cuts and reducing the risk of pipe movement during cutting.

    Pneumatic roller support
    Quick cutting
    To prevent the pipe from swinging during the cutting process, 3 pneumatic fluoroplastic supports are implemented on the main body of the machine. They provide reliable and precise positioning of the workpiece.
    The Core and Core Pro models allow cutting with max chuck rotation speeds up to 150 r/min and acceleration up to 1.2G.
    Semi-Automatic and Automatic Pipe Feeding

    To improve productivity, the machine can be equipped with an automatic vertical tube loading system with a maximum weight per batch of 1500 kg. At the same time, the machine can load round, square tubes and other types of tubes with a diameter of 20 to 80 mm, alternately feeding 1 pipe into the cutting zone.

    Semi-automatic lateral tube feeder that can hold 5 workpieces at the same time. The pipe is fed into the cutting zone either by chain feed for lighter pipes or rail feed for heavier pipes up to 1500 kg.

    FSCUT control system

    The intuitive FSCUT control system is designed to cut rectangular, round, elliptical, as well as angled and channel pipes with high precision and efficiency. Supports Automatic centering during processing, Fast frog jump, Bracket, Artifact Mode and Floating Mode, Corner Craft and many other functions.

    Standard length can be optional: 6m, 9m, 12m. The maximum unloading length can be up to 4 metres.

    Safety light curtain

    It will give an alarm if any intruder is detected when chucks are working at high speed, to prevent possible collision and protect both workers and the machine well.

      If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

      We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

      EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
