Wattsan at SIGN CHINA 2026

Place and Time

The 28th edition of SIGN China runs on September 15–17, 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Pudong, Shanghai. Over 1,000 exhibitors will gather here, and SIGN China shares the venue with LED China, Digital Signage China, and Digital Printing China — four shows under one roof, covering everything from storefront signage to digital printing. SIGN China has been part of our exhibition tradition for years — and we are back at it, this time at a new booth in Hall W4. If you make signs, displays, or advertising products, this is the place to see the machines that make them, working live.

Demonstration of modern equipment for various applications

We will bring 10 machines to the booth: two CNC routers, three CO2 laser machines, three laser markers, a laser cleaning machine, and a 5in1 laser welding machine. Whatever your production step — cutting, engraving, marking, cleaning, or welding — there will be a machine on the stand doing exactly that.

Wattsan M1 1325

The CNC Router Wattsan M1 1325 carries a 4.5 kW spindle and is built for serial production on full-size sheets: its working area of 1300×2500 mm takes a standard sheet of MDF, plywood, or acrylic whole. The vacuum table with 6 zones holds thin sheets flat during nesting, and the aspiration adapter keeps the workshop clean while the machine runs. On the RichAuto A11 controller it cuts letters, panels, and display parts one after another — the workflow sign makers run daily.

Wattsan A1 6090

The CNC Router Wattsan A1 6090 is a compact machine with a 2.2 kW spindle for wood, plywood, MDF, acrylic, aluminum, and copper. Its working area is 600×900 mm, the spindle reaches 24,000 rpm, and positioning accuracy of 0.05 mm keeps small details clean. That is the format for dimensional letters, engraved plates, and short-run signage — production quality on a footprint that fits a small workshop.

Wattsan Flat Bed PRO 1616

The Wattsan FlatBed PRO 1616 is a large-format flat bed CO2 machine with a 300 W laser tube and a working area of 1600×1600 mm. Its open bed with anodized lamellae takes sheets longer than the bed itself, and 300 W of tube power cuts thick acrylic and wood in one pass — at up to 500 mm/s with ±0.03 mm positioning accuracy. The Wattsan FOX (Fire Overwatch Expert) system watches over the bed, and the RuiDa controller with built-in Wi-Fi runs the machine straight from the Mantisolo mobile app. For a sign shop this is the machine for big jobs: oversized letters, lightbox faces, large-format displays.

Laser CO2 Machine Wattsan 6090 PRO

The Wattsan 6090 PRO is a CO2 laser machine with an 80–90 W tube and a working area of 900×600 mm. It focuses itself with side sensors, cools itself with a built-in chiller, and watches over itself: the Wattsan FOX fire detection system reacts the moment something goes wrong. Engraving speed reaches 1000 mm/s with 0.03 mm positioning precision — acrylic letters, plexiglass décor, leather, and plywood come out clean at production pace.

Wattsan 0503 Hobby-T

The Wattsan 0503 Hobby-T is a desktop CO2 laser with a 55 W tube and a 500×300 mm working area — at 49 kg it fits on a table and plugs into a regular socket. The chiller is built in, focus is set with one press, and the Ruida RDC8445G-MOD5 controller connects over WiFi with a mobile app, while a built-in 5MP camera shows the workpiece remotely. It is an FDA-Certified Class 1 machine with a fully enclosed design, so it works safely in a shop, a studio, or a classroom — small signs, souvenirs, and personalization on demand.

Wattsan FL GT

The Wattsan FL GT is a gantry-type fiber laser marker with a 50 W Q-switched source and a 600×600 mm working area. The scanning module rides the gantry along the X, Y, and Z axes, and the Syntec controller stitches the image as it moves — so you mark graphics far bigger than the F-theta lens field of 50×50 to 300×300 mm, without gaps or overlays. Large panels, name plates, and ID plates for wayfinding systems are exactly its kind of job.

Laser Marker Wattsan UV TT

The Wattsan UV TT is a desktop marking machine with a 10 W JPT SEAL UV source at 355 nm — cold marking that plastics and glass survive without burns or melted edges. The standard marking area is 200×200 mm, marking speed reaches 7000 mm/s, and the scanning head rotates to reach oversized pieces. QR codes, barcodes, serial numbers, and fine graphics on plastic signage — this is the machine for detail work.

Wattsan FL Compact

The Wattsan FL Compact is a fiber laser marker with a MOPA source integrated into the body — no separate cabinet, so the machine moves wherever the work is. Depending on the lens, the working field is set from 50×50 to 150×150 mm, and red pointers make focusing quick. The MOPA source adjusts pulse parameters for shades and clean contrast on metal, so logos, plates, and branded parts come out sharp — stop by and we will mark something for you at the booth.

Wattsan PA

The Wattsan PA is a handheld pulsed laser cleaning machine with a 300 W JPT MOPA source. Pulse width adjusts from 2 to 500 ns, so it strips rust, old paint, oxide, and soot while the base material stays intact — that is what makes it safe on molds, frames, and delicate surfaces. The gun weighs 0.76 kg, cooling is air-based, and 9 preset parameter sets switch it between contamination types in seconds — cleaning without stopping production.

Wattsan 5in1 G2 Pro

The Wattsan 5in1 G2 Pro is a laser welding machine with a 3000 W fiber source that replaces five tools at once: welding, cleaning, cutting, seam cleaning, and energy storage welding. The dual-mirror gun draws 7 seam patterns — from a straight line to a figure-eight — and the 10 m cable (15 m optional) reaches around large constructions. Stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, copper: metal sign frames and letters get welded, cleaned, and finished by one machine.
