Laser Welding Machine Wattsan 5 in 1 G2 Pro

The Wattsan 5 in 1 manual laser welding system is a powerful machine with a Raycus or JPT 1500/2000/3000 W fibre laser of your choice. Designed for cutting, cleaning, weld cleaning and energy storage welding for different types of thin sheet metal. Provides high quality welds due to deep penetration and narrow heating zone. The software of the machine allows to change the thickness (up to 7 mm) and type of weld: line, circle, filled circle, hourglass, figure eight and triangle. The welding machine can be equipped with dual wire feed to fill wider gaps (up to 8 mm).

The machine combines five functions of laser metal processing: welding, cleaning, cutting, seam cleaning and energy storage welding. That is why the machine is called 5 in 1. Laser welding, unlike traditional welding, allows to weld a wide range of thin sheet metals (including aluminium), as well as to combine welding of dissimilar metals. The Relfar gun also allows to deburr the weld without changing the lens. This increases the speed and quality of the processed material. The fifth function allows you to replace the nozzle for energy storage welding. It acts like resistance welding forming an unbreakable welded joint by heating with a laser, but without the compressive force. The gun has two mirrors, allowing you to make different patterns for different applications: line, circle, filled circle, hourglass, figure eight, triangle and three circles.

The machine is equipped with a fiber source JPT. The other laser sources (Raycus) are can be installed upon client request. The source has high single pulse energy, uniform energy distribution, easy to use and maintain. Suitable for mold surface treatment, automobile manufacture, shipping industry, petrochemical industry and etc.

The machine is equipped with a touch screen in many languages. Controller and Relfar welding head is equipped with Ruida system. The presence of preset processing modes for various metals and thicknesses, with the ability to save user parameters for demanded tasks.

The chiller is built into the case to allow continuous operation without stopping to rest the machine. The chiller is integrated into the housing for easy transport.
