Laser Welding Machine Wattsan 4in1 G2/G2D

The Wattsan G2 and G2D 4in1 manual laser welding system is a powerful machine with a Raycus or JPT 1500/2000/3000 W fibre laser of your choice. Designed for welding, cutting, cleaning and seam cleaning for different types of thin sheet metal. Provides high quality welds due to deep penetration and narrow heating zone. The software of the machine allows to change the thickness (up to 7 mm) and type of weld: line, circle, filled circle, hourglass, figure eight and triangle. The welding machine can be equipped with dual wire feed to fill wider gaps (up to 8 mm).

Multifunctional welding machine – 4in1

The machine combines four functions of laser metal processing: welding, cleaning, cutting and seam cleaning. That is why the machine is called 4in1. Laser welding, unlike traditional welding, allows you to weld a wide range of metals (including aluminium), as well as combine welding of dissimilar metals. The Relfar gun also allows the weld to be cleaned without replacing the lens. This increases the speed and quality of the processed material. The gun has two mirrors, which allows making different patterns for different tasks: line, circle, filled circle, hourglass, figure eight, triangle and three circles.

Laser source JPT or Raycus

The machine is equipped with a fiber source JPT. The other laser sources (Raycus) are can be installed upon client request. The source has high single pulse energy, uniform energy distribution, easy to use and maintain. Suitable for mold surface treatment, automobile manufacture, shipping industry, petrochemical industry and etc.

Relfar-(V2/V3) RuiDa

The machine is equipped with a touch screen in many languages. Controller and Relfar welding head is equipped with RuiDa system. The presence of preset processing modes for various metals and thicknesses, with the ability to save user parameters for demanded tasks.

TEYU water cooling

The chiller is built into the case to allow continuous operation without stopping to rest the machine. The chiller is integrated into the housing for easy transport.

    The chiller is built into the cabin for the ability to work continuously without stopping to rest the machine. The chiller is integrated into the housing for ease of transport.
    For Wattsan welding and cleaning machines, you can choose a laser source such as Raycus or JPT. If you are on a tight budget and stable, high power operation is important, Raycus is a great option. The JPT with its adjustable pulse parameters may be better for precision welding where control over heat input is critical. JPT is also an excellent option for more precise cleaning.

      If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

      We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

      EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
