Laser cleaning is entering a new era—faster, smarter, and more efficient than ever. At SPS 2025, Wattsan is proud to showcase the CW Pro 3000W, a powerful machine that restores surfaces to their original state in the blink of an eye.
Why choose Wattsan?
Wattsan laser cleaning machines are engineered for long-term performance and durability. Our systems are built using components from trusted global brands such as JPT, Relfar, Teyu, and S&A. But it’s not only about high-quality components—it’s about how they’re integrated. The compact design includes an internal chiller placed beneath the laser source and an ergonomically positioned controller for maximum convenience.
Designed with industrial use in mind, the matte black exterior blends perfectly into demanding environments. The intuitive control interface ensures easy operation, and comprehensive customer training is provided. Should any issues arise, Wattsan’s dedicated support team is always ready to assist. We deliver worldwide—even to Antarctica—and our machines are trusted in a wide variety of industries, from ship maintenance to delicate restoration projects.
Product series overview
Wattsan laser cleaning machines are available in three main series: CW, CW Pro, and CW 6000W. These series differ in their laser head configurations and available cleaning patterns.
Versatile cleaning patterns
The CW Pro series, featured at SPS 2025, includes a dual-mirror laser gun. This allows for multiple cleaning patterns beyond a simple line, such as horizontal and vertical lines, circles, rotating circles, field circles, and field squares. These patterns minimize the risk of overheating by keeping the laser in constant motion, even when focused on one spot.
Smart and precise settings
The CW Pro offers adjustable parameters, including scanning speed and power—two settings that must work in harmony. For instance, when working with delicate materials or thin layers of contamination, reducing the power while increasing the speed ensures safe and efficient cleaning.
Users can also modify the pattern size, with a maximum working area of 300×300 mm, allowing for flexibility in various cleaning applications.
CW Pro series features
At the exhibition, Wattsan presented the CW Pro 3000W model, which can also be configured with 1500W or 2000W laser sources from JPT or Raycus. For heavier-duty tasks, Wattsan has introduced a 6000W version capable of cleaning up to 1 m² in just 50 seconds.
The system includes a reliable Ruida controller and a Relfar laser gun—tested by Wattsan’s engineers and proven to deliver the best performance. Relfar guns are not only efficient but also lightweight, weighing less than 1 kg. The entire system is cooled by a trusted S&A water chiller, known for its reliability over the past two decades.
Industrial applications
The machine is ideal for removing thin layers of varnish, paint, rust, and other surface coatings from large areas made of metal, concrete, brick, and similar materials. It’s best suited for industrial applications where appearance is secondary to speed and effectiveness.

For tasks requiring the removal of thicker contamination or powder coatings, Wattsan recommends using a pulsed laser system, such as the PW Pro or PA series.
Conclusion
The Wattsan CW Pro 3000W represents the future of industrial cleaning—fast, efficient, and adaptable. Whether you’re dealing with rust on ship hulls or cleaning large metal surfaces in factories, this machine delivers top-tier results with minimal effort. As the demand for eco-friendly and non-contact cleaning methods continues to grow, Wattsan remains at the forefront, offering solutions that combine innovation with reliability.
