Servo Press Brakes Wattsan SB 6020

Wattsan S-Bend Series are the most precise and ecological equipment among all of the press brakes: it uses electricity for movement and bending and consumes less energy than a hydraulic one.
The servo motors are responsible for the ram’s movement, allowing for the maximum level of precision. They are quiet and require almost no maintenance.

The C-shaped frame

The monobloc C-shaped frame design makes it possible to perform precise operations 24/7 for 10-15 years of operation. This design has a number of advantages: More space for mounting large and heavy tools on the side; the ability to extract complex, angular parts from the side; the possibility of using several machines in pairs for bending very long parts.

Мounting system

Thanks to the Amada-Promecam type bending tool mounting system and the adjusted coaxiality of the machine, any set of sections can be mounted on Wattsan machines without centering.

Matrices of the Amada-Promecam system have a base of 60 mm and are installed on the machine table through various types of adapters. In this way, 1V, 2V and 4V strand matrices can be fixed.

Range of bend configurations

Axes number configuration:

The amount of flexibility is the main difference between the number of axes a machine has. The more there is, the more complex jobs a model can accomplish.
There are two back gauges which can be connected (axes Z and R are united) or be independent (X1 and X2, R1 and R2, for each gauge), and this affects the intricacy of the bends you may have.

4+1: Simple bending for general applications
6+1: Back gauges are adjustable for more production goals
8+1: Maximum versatility

Back gauges

An important condition for achieving a perfect bend is the stability of the back gauge. Wattsan back gauges move along linear guides with servo motors, ensuring perfect running smoothness while maintaining maximum dynamics.

The automated Z-axis movement system eliminates manual movement of the back gauges when changing operations. This speeds up the production process and saves operator time.

Front support calipers

To simplify the supply of material to the bending area, the machine has front support for the sheet on linear guides. The supporting calipers ensure the stable position of the sheet at every stage of bending.

Four-sided matrix of the machine

Possibility of using segmented tools and quick-release holders. Depending on the required length of the bend, the four-sided matrix of the machine can be solid or segmented. Modular assembly of various types of tools expands the range of your options. A set of short dies is capable of processing the workpiece at different angles in several places at the same time in one bend, which optimizes the production process.

Motorized deflection compensation system

The desktop deflection compensation system is used to ensure the same depth of punch entry into the die along the entire bending length, which ensures the fulfillment of the specified bending parameters.

Deflection compensation avoids the effect of “reciprocating” and ensures perfect bend repeatability along the entire length of the workpiece, guaranteeing high quality of the final product. Wattsan M series press brakes feature the latest generation motorized compensation system to simplify machine maintenance.
It is irreplaceable at the enterprises with serial production in the 24/7 mode.

Wattsan S-Bend Series use servo motors to bend precisely

Servo motors apply pressure through synchronous toothed belts and ball screw to perform the up and down movement, resulting in the high-speed operations and accurate bending force needed for specific materials and thicknesses.

Compared to standard electro-hydraulic press brakes, these models save more energy.

    ESA and Delem Controllers

    ESA Control System
    Delem Control System
If you are looking for a user-friendly controller that is able to work with a larger amount of axes, then we recommend ESA. It has a touch screen and is ideal for manufacturing process automation.
ESA, an Italian business founded in 1962, specializes in CNC systems. Programming is accessible in both 2D and 3D forms, including bending sequence auto-counting and collusion prevention.
If you are looking for the high-quality bending of the complex shapes, then we recommend using Delem. This system has a wide functional range, allowing flexibility in production.
Delem is Netherland’s company, established in 1978, specializes in creating press brake controllers. 2D and 3D formats of programming are available, as well as bending sequence auto-counting and collusion preventing.

    Tandem option
This design provides more room for large, heavy tools to be mounted on the side; the ability to extract complex, angular parts from the side; and the ability to bend large, unusually shaped parts out of the workspace.
Option to use multiple machines in tandem for increase you production and bending very long parts. This design is often referred to as "Tandem."

    wattsan-img

Wattsan press brakes feature an advanced CNC crowning system that automatically calculates and applies compensation for table and ram deformation during bending. This ensures consistent bending angles across the entire length of the workpiece, even with long or heavy sheets.

      Logistics
We will deliver the equipment under the most convenient conditions for you

If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
