pneumatic auto changing system

The M3 series CNC router belongs to professional milling equipment, used  for working with soft metals, primarily aluminum. Equipped with an anti-vibration table, a coolant system with removal and filtration of lubricating fluid, a powerful spindle with auto-change on pneumatics for 8 tools.

Pneumatic auto changing system

Autochange significantly speeds up the processing of the material without loss of quality and without operator intervention in the operation of the machine. Significantly speeds up the material processing process by reducing the tool change time by 4-5 times.

Control system

Resistant to interference, simple and reliable system, but on the other hand, it is a full-fledged administrative center, with the help of which the machine is controlled without connecting to a personal computer.
Affordable cost in comparison with analogues, simple combination with different types of machines; touch control, the ability to pulse and sequential control of multi-axis movement, Simple graphics, 3D processing, the ability to edit and create programs directly on the machine.

Motor and planetary gear

The Leadshine 0,75 kW servo motor in conjunction with the Shimpo PLANETARY reducer is responsible for moving the portal of the machine along the Y, X, Z axes. The servo system combined with the planetary reducer to achieve high-precision motion transmission.

Coolant system

The Wattsan M3 1325 machine can be equipped with a coolant upon request. It can be applied when milling stone and metal to lubricate and cool the surface of the workpiece as well as the equipment to reduce the wearing.

Inductive sensors

Many machines still use old-style mechanical or magnetic sensors. On Wattsan machines we use inductive, i.e. contactless sensors. Inductive sensors limit the movement of the portal along the axes, for safety reasons and to prevent damage to the machine due to improper operation.

Reinforced gantry

The design of the gantry allows you to withstand heavy loads without deformation.  The gantry side racks have increased rigidity for the ability to work with heavy loads, and also ensure the absence of vibrations when working at high speeds.

    Rails and helical racks
    Planetary gearbox
    The recesses for the helical racks and rails are milled and ground before being attached to the frame or machine gantry, followed by robotic assembly. Each element is checked for accuracy and straightness with laser instruments.
    The planetary gearbox allows to reduce the overall noise level during the working process. Compared to other types of mechanical gearboxes, it has a longer service life due to the special arrangement of the planetary gear.

    T-Slot or Vacuum Table

    T-slot table
    This sort of table has special T-slots that are used to fix materials by clamps. This table is composed of aluminum and is ideal for working with unusually shaped workpieces that would be hard to fix otherwise. Also, if the majority of your work involves trough-cutting, T-slot might be a better choice. However, because the material placement is done by hand, it takes time.

    Vacuum table
    When processing thin material sheets, it is advised that you use a vacuum table. This protects sensitive workpieces from possible damage caused by mechanical impact from clamps and milling instruments. Furthermore, some materials may become wavy throughout the process, and a vacuum table levels them.
    The fixation occurs quickly, as does the removal from the working area.

      If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

      We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

      EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
