All machines have a number of design features tested by the Wattsan development department and customers.

The rigid machine frame and cast iron side posts allow you to increase the clearance of the portal to 450mm, and the Shimpo planetary gearboxes even process rigid metals with high constant accuracy.

The Wattsan plant designs and produces machines of various modifications with a different number of degrees of freedom from three to five axial.

Frame

The durability of the machine is due to the configuration of the frame, the thickness of the metal wall and the heat treatment, which is why we guarantee the reliability and long life of the machine.

Belt Gearbox

Two-phase Stepper Motors

    A machine with a working area of 600 by 900 mm is the main machine in the customer's workshop, production processes are built relative to it. This is possible due to uninterrupted operation 24/7.
    Making molds on a milling machine in a small volume requires constant precision of the machine, which eliminates the accumulation of errors generated by stepper motors. For this purpose, the Wattsan 1325 was retrofitted with a gantry leveling system, which allows the customer to save on the cost of the machine without sacrificing product quality.

    Portal construction

    Preservation of gantry geometry is guaranteed due to the correct shape and wall thickness of the metal, even when the length of the gantry is increased. Gantries on Wattsan machines are designed with a large margin and can easily handle multiple spindles.

    The lateral stands are made of high-strength cast iron, combined with the rigidity of the gantry, this greatly affects the preservation of machine accuracy and eliminates the appearance of misalignment.

      Frame configuration, heat treatment, metal thickness type steels are all aimed at increasing the stiffness of the machine.

      They make it easy for Wattsan machines to process tough materials at high speeds, which is especially important for mass production and nesting operations.
