The Wattsan Ultra HARD Fiber Metal Cutter is an advanced, high-tech machine designed for efficiency and ease of maintenance. Its compact design minimizes space usage, making it an ideal solution for optimizing workshop layouts.

With a laser sources from 20 to 120 kW, this model delivers powerful cutting performance while maintaining low operational costs. It enhances both productivity and safety, providing an economical and effective solution for a wide range of metal cutting applications.

Tablechange system

The table change system allows for continuous operation of the machine and does not waste machine time on loading and unloading products.

Protective cabin with air filtration

The fully enclosed design of the cabin protection of the machine is equipped with an internal smoke extraction and air filtration system. It allows you to keep the air in the production room clean and provides additional safety for operators.

Video monitoring

Camera 1 broadcasts the operation of the machine inside the cabin to the operator’s monitor.

Camera 2 is used at monitoring the work of interchangeable tables. With its help, the operator can see the operation of the machine “behind the cabin”, which ensures both the safety of the mechanism and the safety of other operators in the production.

Laser Head BOCI

The Boci Laser Heads are built for heavy-duty metal cutting with laser powers from 20 kW to 120 kW.

They offer exceptional durability and precision, ensuring high-quality, clean cuts even on thick materials.

The BOCI BLT 6 laser head and in combination with the FScut 8000 ensure smooth, responsive operation and excellent compatibility.

Control system

Wattsan Hard Ultra metal cutters are designed with The FSCUT control system. It consists of controllers and CYPCUT software. The controller is completed with the display with the liquid crystal screen and the control panel.

    Automatic nozzle changer

    lt improves productivity by reducing downtime, enhances cut quality with the right nozzle selection, and minimizes manual labor, making it ideal for high-volume and multi-material cutting operations.

    Visual residual material layout

    The function lets users take photos for automatic layout. Integrated with cutting software, it simplifies the process and adapts to various production environments, providing efficient nesting solutions.

    Support auto clean nozzle

    This feature automatically cleans the cutting nozzle to prevent buildup of slag, dust, or other residues. This ensures optimal cutting performance, reduces maintenance time, and improves the quality of cuts.

    Swivel laser head

    It allows the laser cutting head to tilt to a 45° angle, enabling precise bevel and angled cuts for tasks like welding preparation and complex shapes. This feature expands the machine's cutting capabilities.

    Double guide rail protection

    Wattsan machines are equipped with a special metal protection for the corrugated surface of the machine to further maintain the cleanliness of the sliding of the guides, save time and money on replacing the dust cover.

    The high precision transmission system features a premium reducer, precision linear guides, high-quality racks, and ball screws. This allows speeds up to 200 m/min with acceleration up to 2G. Great for cutting thin metals or large workpieces.
    The Wattsan HARD machines feature a large-section aluminium gantry, offering high rigidity, corrosion resistance, and low weight. This design ensures the machine is protected from deformations and breakages under heavy loads.

    Powerful frame and efficient smoke removal

    Segmented matrix ventilation system
    Manufactured for metal cutters with a travel speed up to 200 metres per minute. Wall thickness 25 mm. Every 400 mm sheet is reinforced inside the frame. The frame is heat treated to stabilize the metal. Frame has a 10 year warranty. Used in machines with working field sizes from 2000x4000 mm to 2500x8000 mm, used in configurations with an auto-shift or with a pipe cutting module. It has a number of features such as pneumatic flaps for efficient smoke removal during cutting, protection from powerful radiation, preparation for upgrading and others. The frame construction is extremely robust and durable.
    The segmented matrix ventilation system features a bed with double and multiple rows of high-sealing partitions for optimal smoke exhaust. With 360° strong adsorption and adaptive control, it efficiently filters out harmful gases, smoke, and dust, ensuring a cleaner and safer working environment.
