Automation spread across the world and spheres, and now is advancing in more complicated forms.The SPS 2025, or Smart Production Solutions Exhibition, is dedicated to this topic. It is a sister expo to the corresponding by-name event in Germany.
From the 25th to the 27th of February, new solutions and CNC equipment are going to be presented at SPS. Professionals and buyers from more than 20 industries, including mechanical engineering, medical treatment, packaging, printing, etc., are expected at the expo.
This exhibition is going to be a valuable experience for Wattsan and our customers since it’s a chance to showcase machines firsthand and form new connections with partners from China, Japan, Germany, Russia, Malaysia, and other countries.
Demonstration of modern equipment for various applications
Wattsan is going to present 9 devices: two metal cutters, a CNC router, 5in1 welding equipment, two cleaning machines with continuous and pulse types of impact, and three laser markers for various applications.
Laser Metal Cutting Machine 1530 A
Wattsan 1530 A is a lighter version of our classical metal cutting machines. It is also lower, which makes it steadier. Its frame is made out of tubes, and inside it is strengthened with fire bricks. They can handle temperatures up to 1720 °C, eliminating the potential of deformation. This machine is built modularly, with four table parts, which is convenient for changing blades and increases the load capacity. The model at SPS is going to have a 3 kW power course that allows cutting carbon steel sheets up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 8 mm, and aluminum or brass up to 5 mm. Such a machine can be used in aircraft and mechanical engineering, the production of electrical equipment, auto parts, advertising products, and others.

Wattsan 1309 mini is the smallest machine in our line of metal cutters. It has a working area of 1300×900 cm and a protective cabin. This model is designed by our engineers to be the right choice for limited space productions. It has a laser source with 3 kW power and can process stainless and carbon steel, various alloys, non-ferrous metals, titanium, etc. It is going to be presented at the Expos for the first time.

Wattsan M1 1313 is a CNC router with a working area of 1300×1300 mm and a gantry height of 300 mm for processing large workpieces. This M1 1313 has 3 kW of power and a cutting fluid system to treat soft metals easily. Such a system quickly removes chips from the cutting area, prevents them from sticking to the tool, and reduces the risk of ignition. Also, this machine features an M-series bed, which is strengthened and 10 mm thick.

The Wattsan 5in1 G2 Pro, which has a JPT 2000W laser source, is a flexible piece of equipment that performs welding, cleaning, cutting, weld cleaning, and energy storage welding. It has a Relfar gun with two mirrors and a control system that allows for quick beam operations of varying size and form. In addition, the gun comes with an 8-meter cable that allows you to operate comfortably from any angle. The fifth function, quick and safe welding of energy storage, enables manufacturing to participate in the rapidly increasing sectors of EV vehicles and innovative ways to store energy.

Wattsan CW Pro is a continuous type of laser cleaning machine for removing rust, paint, varnish layers, and other coatings from huge surfaces like metals, concrete, brick, and others. This time, we will bring the machine with a 3000W laser source, but it may be equipped with a 1500 or 2000W one if necessary. This model has two mirrors allowing you to adjust the beam size and geometry for a variety of applications. Cleaning can be carried out at any angle in the most inaccessible places, which allows you to extend the life of structures made of different types of metals. There are no consumables, and the maintenance process is simple.

Wattsan PW Pro is a pulse laser cleaning machine that is ideal for removing thick layers of paint, oils, greases, etc., from various surfaces, even nonmetals. At SPS there will be a model with 300W power. This machine cleans with delicacy and is being used for materials that are sensitive to high temperatures. With adjustable pulse duration while maintaining peak power, this device allows for flexible customization of operations.

Automation relies on serial numbers, QR codes, and other identification markers in production, and Wattsan UV TT is here to help with the task. This ultraviolet laser marker has a 5W JPT source and can process almost everything in a wide range of colors, from metals and plastics to even food and diamonds. It may be equipped with different size lenses that may change the field of application. Also, this machine achieves the highest precision among all of the laser markers due to the size of a beam—it’s 30 times smaller than that of CO2.
View moreLaser Marker Wattsan FL TT
Wattsan FL TT is a fiber laser marker that is designed to process various types of metals, their alloys, leather, plastic, rubber, fabric, etc. However, at the SPS there will be two models with different technologies presented. The first one will have a Q-switch, and the second one—MOPA. Q-switch provides faster blackening and graying of plastic materials and can be utilized to increase production efficiency in basic applications. The model at SPS will have a 50W laser source from Raycus but may be equipped with IPG, MaxPhotonics, or JPT if required. MOPA can process even silver. The key is in the frequency range and pulse duration mechanism, which are larger than in the ordinary model or Q-Switch. This allows for more precision in marking and engraving, as well as a wider range of materials to be processed.
