Lights, Signs, Action! Wattsan at the SIGN China 2024

SIGN China is back, and we are back at it. This time, from September 19 to 21, Wattsan will present 7 machines, including a new metal cutter you haven’t seen before! An exhibition exclusive, if we may say so.
SIGN China will take place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. 2000 brands, including Wattsan, will gather under one roof to share their methods of envisioning and manufacturing various types of signs.
Demonstration of modern equipment for various applications
We will bring 7 devices: two CNC routers, three laser markers, a welding machine 5-in-1, and a new laser metal cutter 1530 A.
Laser Metal Cutting Machine 1530 A
The metal cutting machine 1530 A, 3 kW, is the latest invention of our engineers. Its frame is made out of tubes, which makes it lighter, but it is also strengthened with fire bricks! They can handle temperatures up to 1720 °C, and are mounted to the bed and roll-out carts, eliminating the potential of deformation. This machine is built modularly, with four table parts. All of this boosts the machine’s longevity and efficacy.

The CNC Router M3 1325 that is going to be presented at SIGN China will be equipped with a 7,5 kW spindle, an aspiration system, and a vacuum table. This model is twice as quick as other routers, thanks to the automatic tool change. The Wattsan router M3 is capable of processing wood, acrylic, plastics, soft metals, and other materials.

The CNC Router A1 6090 is a medium-sized machine for production that can process wood, MDF, acrylic, PVC, composite, aluminum, etc. You can manufacture doors, furniture, stands, LED and light boxes, and a lot of different signs. This model will have a 3.2 kW spindle with water cooling and the DSP controller A11 Rich Auto.

The laser marker UV TT is going to be presented at SIGN with a 5W JPT laser source. Signs and advertisements can be on everything, and what is a better tool for this than the equipment that can mark almost everything in a wide range of colors? From metals and plastics to even food and diamonds, Expand the borders of signage with this technology. It can be used for VIN numbering, QR codes, time and dates, etc.

Laser marker FL TT Raycus 50W is perfect for working with metals. Also, it can process other materials like plastics or leather. It has an optimized size of a housing that is 15% more compact than before. FL TT is convenient in work thanks to the turning head and the tripod that can be fixed; all that allows it to process huge workpieces. This marker achieves a detailed drawing with sharp edges of the highest quality and resolution.

The laser marker FL TT JPT M7 MOPA 30W is a fiber laser with a special technology that makes it more versatile. Thanks to the MOPA, it can process even silver! The key is in the frequency range and pulse duration mechanism, which are larger than in the ordinary model or Q-Switch. This allows for more precision in marking and engraving, as well as a wider range of materials to be processed.

At SIGN CHINA, we will showcase the machine with a 3000W laser source, but it may be 1500 or 2000 W if necessary.
