If you’re looking for indoor and outdoor furniture and textiles for home, office, or hotel, or machines to create these goods, then the China International Furniture Fair is waiting for you! This year, the CIFF Exhibition will take place in Shanghai from September 9 to 12, and we are inviting you to visit us there.
This is the world-leading professional fair, and each of their sessions gathers around 150,000 people from over 200 countries. There, industry trends are being formed, and you can be among the first people to see them.
Demonstration of modern equipment for various applications
At CIFF, Wattsan will present 7 machines for furniture production, decorations and restoration.
CNC router 1325 M3
This is a special model for fast and efficient work at high-volume production: it’s twice quicker than other routers due to the automatic tool change for 8 instruments. Also, it has a vacuum table for stable material fixation. The Wattsan 1325 M3 at the CIFF will be equipped with a 7.5 kW spindle and aspiration system. It can work with wood, acrylic, plastics, soft metals like aluminum or brass, and other materials.

It is a medium-sized machine for big production that can process wood, MDF, acrylic, PVC, aluminum, etc. This model is a professional CNC machine with a t-slot table and a 3.2 kW spindle with the DSP controller A11 Rich Auto.

Work with metals, plastics, ceramic, leather, and fabrics and make Qr and bar codes, numbers, or decorative pictures. The laser dot size in UV machines is 30 times smaller than that of CO2, allowing them to create miniature inscriptions or pictures.

The fiber laser marking machine is primarily used for working with metals; however, the Wattsan FL TT with a JPT MOPA 30W laser source has more applications: it can create high-quality deep engravings and high-contrast markings on plastic and mark thin material sheets without any deformations. The key is in the MOPA technology and its frequency range and pulse length mechanisms, which are bigger than in the standard model and which can be regulated.
