This is where everything begins. Our development team creates new lines and types of equipment based on feedback from customers, dealers, service engineers, and bloggers. Every new model goes through multiple preliminary tests before entering production. Yes, we are a Chinese manufacturer, but we take a smart and strategic approach to product development. We carefully select components from globally trusted companies like Mitsubishi, HIWIN, and Raytools, ensuring quality and reliability. If replacements are ever needed, they can be easily sourced worldwide.

Precision starts with how we cut our machine parts. We use both a bandsaw and a metal cutter—bandsaws handle larger, bulkier elements, while metal cutters shape smaller components like fastening angles for the frame. For aluminum parts used in CNC routers and metal-cutting machines, we rely on a specialized CNC machining center. One of the most critical components of our equipment is the bed, which must be stable and perfectly leveled. Unlike some competitors, who manually drill with basic tools, we ensure precision by welding beds onto stacker trays. This process guarantees absolute flatness in every unit we produce, delivering reliability you can count on.

To maintain accuracy over years of operation, the next phase involves machining precise holes for the machine’s kinematic system. We use specialized milling machines for this process—ensuring that the gantry moves along its guides without deviation. This meticulous approach means that even after a decade of use, our machines maintain their accuracy, delivering high-quality results without defects.

Durability is a priority. The machine bed undergoes multi-stage thermal treatment to relieve metal tension, reducing vibrations and increasing precision. This process extends the machine’s lifespan to 10 years or more. Once heat-treated, the bed is coated and painted—not just for aesthetics, but also for protection, ensuring long-term durability in any working environment.

Before any machine is shipped, it undergoes extensive testing. We check spindle-to-bed alignment, radial and axial runout, lead screw step accuracy, and maximum operating speed. Additionally, every machine is subjected to prolonged test runs to observe its behavior under extended loads. This rigorous process applies to all our equipment—from laser markers and CNC routers to laser metal cutters and tube-cutting systems. Only after passing all quality control stages do we pack and ship the machine.

Every machine is securely packed to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
