The strong Wattsan X 6035 pipe cutter is equipped with three movable full bore chucks. Reliably fixes and cuts heavy pipes weighing up to 1100 kg, diameter up to 380 mm, processes the pipe from both sides, ensuring zero residue. Designed for high-precision cutting of thick-walled workpieces, cuts material from 3 meters or more in length in one pass. Processes workpieces of standard and complex sections: channel, I-beam.

Additionally, it can be equipped with a laser swivel head for cutting at an angle of 45 degrees and a semi-automatic pipe loading module. Suitable for industrial enterprises with high-intensity loading 24/7.

FSCUT control system

FSCUT 5000 A is the latest efficient control system that ensures the least waste when cutting thanks to the TubesT 3D intelligent nesting system. The system is used for cutting complex configurations of pipes and profiles of any shape. New control protocol, faster than FSCUT 3000. Unleashes the full potential of your equipment.

Tube Pro detects and compensates for deviations of the tube from the center of rotation of the chuck during machining, ensuring high cutting accuracy. Controls the servo legs according to the position of the pipe, supports heavy pipes, ensuring the safety of the machine and the operator.

Front, back and center chucks

A distinctive feature of Wattsan X is the presence of 3 pneumatic clamping chucks (front, back and center). The chucks rotate synchronously and move synchronously or individually. As standard, the machine processes square pipes up to 160 mm, round pipes up to 220 mm, weighing 220 kg, cutting without material loss (zero residue).

The design of the machine is designed for reliable fixation of thick-walled pipes with a diameter of up to 380 mm, weighing up to 1100 kg (the machine can be equipped with chucks of the appropriate diameters).

Semi-automatic pipe feeding

Wattsan X is equipped with side semi-automatic pipe loading to fully unlock the potential of the machine and its performance (optional). Lateral semi-automatic pipe feeding is recommended when using heavy workpieces and for production automation. It simultaneously accommodates 5 pipes, which are moved by servomotors.

Pipes are placed on the feeder, automatically moved to the pipe clamping area, loaded into chucks and centered. The maximum weight of the pipe for side semi-automatic loading is 500 kg.

Anti-vibration support system

The Wattsan X pipe cutter is equipped with servo-driven platform supports in the cutting zone, which provide support for any type of pipe. Thanks to Yaskawa servomotors (Japan), Desboer (Japan) reducers), the supports follow the contour of the pipe during rotation, prevent swinging when cutting, which, together with other design features, guarantees high cutting accuracy and machine safety. In the workpiece feeding zone, the material is supported by servo-driven supports from the semi-automatic lateral pipe feeding. Withstands high operating loads.

Servo motors and gearboxes: Yaskawa & Desboer

The Wattsan X 6035 pipe cutter is equipped with Yaskawa servo motors and Desboer gearboxes. The advantages of servo motors include: 2 times increased reliability margin, easy replacement in case of breakdown, minimal vibration, lightweight design, acceleration up to 2G. The gearbox distributes the torque from the servomotor and transmits it to the helical gear, which drives the chucks.

Ability to choose laser source

Ultra-efficient premium IPG laser source. Versatile, suitable for cutting non-ferrous metals, ferrous and stainless steel. It has reliable protection of the fiber from back reflection, which eliminates its failure due to the shooting of the laser beam. Works steadily at full capacity. 3 years warranty from the manufacturer.

Powerful laser source Raycus works with any metals, including non-ferrous ones, however, it is inferior to IPG emitters in terms of the maximum cut thickness and the degree of protection of the fiber from reverse radiation. 2 years warranty from the manufacturer.

Protect cabin

The protective cabin ensures safe operation and eliminates contamination. The viewing window is made of special protective glass according to European CE standards.

The smoke generated by cutting passes through the filter system inside the cabin, thus providing an environmentally friendly cutting without polluting the external environment.

    To prevent the pipe from swinging during the cutting process, 3 pneumatic fluoroplastic supports are implemented on the main body of the machine. They provide reliable and precise positioning of the workpiece.
    At the front, the pipe cutter can be equipped with a finished goods receiving unit designed for directional, ergonomic unloading of workpieces at a safe height. This block can also be equipped with two fluoroplastic supports. This option is optional and is used in the case of cutting longer pipes, to intensively dampen vibrations during processing and maintain a high quality of cutting.
    Long working life with quality components

    Wattsan pipe cutters are used with chillers from the leading company TEYU, which allows you to work with well-known brands of laser sources. The chiller saves the life of the most fragile and expensive elements in the machine. That is why the chiller is one of the most important parts in a pipe cutter.

    For ease of use, the laser complex is equipped with a centralized automatic lubrication system. The system supplies lubricating fluid to the moving elements at a predetermined pressure and interval.
