Ultraviolet (UV) laser marking machine

Wattsan UV TT is a flexible and functional desktop marker for applying graphic or text information to the surface of a wide range of materials. The UV marker is the machine with the smallest laser beam diameter, potentially 30 times smaller than that of CO2 and ytterbium. This allows the UV marker to be used for ultra-precise color or single-color micro-marking of virtually all organic and inorganic, metallic and non-metallic materials such as precious and non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood and glass.

Laser source JPT

JPT is one of the most popular source commonly used on laser markers. Reliable and stable, gives a uniform fill, suitable for simple and complex applications. It has stronger EMI protection, higher temperature control efficiency, and more convenient GUI interactive experience.

Possibility to simply and easily use the rotary device

It’s possible to install a rotary device on the marker to work with cylindrical, conical, spherical and other similar shapes. The device securely but delicately holds products even made of fragile materials without damaging them or leaving scratches on the surface.

Portable box

Desk type laser marking machine can be easily moved from one place to another thanks to its portable box.

The EZCAD software

The machine is controlled through the EzCad laser marking program, with an accessible graphical interface. The operator can change the layout or mode of operation of the laser for optimal use in real time. One of the advantages of this software is the presence of built-in modes for marking keyboards, barcodes, serial numbers, QR codes, etc.

Ability to work with oversized workpieces

The design of the machine implies the ability to turn the marking module at the desired angle and fix the tripod in a way that is convenient for processing overall products. Also, if necessary, the marking module (scanner) can be removed from the tripod and suspended from the ceiling. This is used when engraving large-sized workpieces.

Lenses for any task

Depending on the task, the fiber laser engraver can be equipped with various lenses to change the engraving area or to increase the piercing power of the beam.

Lenses working area

It can range from 50x50 mm up to 300x300 mm. A simple lens replacement can change the application field of the marker.

Red pointers for focusing

This feature includes two dots that land on the material surface and help users to adjust focus with ease.

F-Theta lens

The main advantage of those lenses is the ability to maintain the same focusing point along the whole working area.

Manual scanner adjustment for focusing

Slow and smooth manual adjustment to make it possible to customize the machine for any task you need.

    Applications for Wattsan laser markers

    wattsan-img

    Engraving on knives

Laser markers are actively used for decorative marking, which allows you to get a unique design on a product that is not available for other devices.

    Color marking

The laser emitter in the autofocus line-up provides color engraving on metals such as stainless steel and titanium.

    wattsan-img

    Deep engraving

A 50 W power and a lens with a small working area are suitable for engraving material up to 10 mm deep, for example, to make stamps or clichés.

      Logistics
We will deliver the equipment under the most convenient conditions for you

If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
