RF DAVI floor fiber laser engraver for non-metallic materials

High-precision, high-speed, floor-mounted RF DAVI fiber laser engraver is designed for working with non-metallic materials: wood, plywood, paper, rubber, leather, ceramics, glass (including Boron glass), plastic and others.

The machine is equipped with a DAVI laser RF source of 30 or 50 watt power. This type of emitters does not need an additional cooling circuit, and also the service life is higher in comparison with CO2 tubes. Machines with RF emitters are a safer option, as they do not have high voltage ignition units and instead of the maximum 50 000 are powered from 48 volts.

Laser source DAVI

The machine has a CO2 emitter RF DAVI with a power of 30-50 W, which allows you to mark non-metallic materials with high speed and efficiency.

With low power, this emitter has a record high service life of 40,000 hours.

Original SinoGalvo scanner

Wattsan fiber laser engravers have only original accessories. The SinoGalvo scanner in conjunction with the Ezcad software allows 100% use of the potential of sources.

Large diameter lens with a choice of area size depending on the task

Wattsan fiber laser engravers have lenses with two diameters of 85 and 79 mm, which makes them universal. Depending on the task, our managers will offer you lenses with different working areas.

Adjustable tripod

The tripod allows you to work even with large-sized products exceeding the size along the Z axis by turning the tripod by 90 degrees.

Depending on the task, the fiber laser engraver can be equipped with various lenses to change the engraving area or to increase the piercing power of the beam.

Lenses working area

It can range from 50x50 mm up to 300x300 mm. A simple lens replacement can change the application field of the marker.

    It's responsible for directing the laser beam on the material’s surface. At Wattsan, we use Sino-Galvo scanners. They have high marking and positioning speed.
    The lens is focusing the beam on the material surface. The main advantage of F-Theta lenses is the ability to maintain the same focusing point along the whole working area. Focal length and working area sizes are strictly related.

      If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

      We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

      EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
