Hydraulic press brake Wattsan M1 6325 PB is designed to perform bending of metal sheets of various sizes and thicknesses without preheating the metal. High results in plate processing are achieved thanks to a strong welded construction, linear guides, intelligent hydraulics, six active independent working axes and a motorized beam deflection compensation system. Sturdy, hardened top tools guarantee durability and high precision equipment.

The C-shaped frame

The monobloc C-shaped frame design makes it possible to perform precise operations 24/7 for 10-15 years of operation. This design has a number of advantages: More space for mounting large and heavy tools on the side; the ability to extract complex, angular parts from the side; the possibility of using several machines in pairs for bending very long parts.

Мounting system

Thanks to the Amada-Promecam type bending tool mounting system and the adjusted coaxiality of the machine, any set of sections can be mounted on Wattsan machines without centering.

Matrices of the Amada-Promecam system have a base of 60 mm and are installed on the machine table through various types of adapters. In this way, 1V, 2V and 4V strand matrices can be fixed.

Range of bend configurations

6 active machine axes:

– Axes Y1 and Y2 – synchronized axes of hydraulic cylinders, working in conjunction with optical rulers
– Axis X – linear movement of the rear stops forward / backward
– Axes Z1 and Z2 – linear movement of the rear stops to the left / right (a separate motor is responsible for each stop)
– Axis R – linear movement of stops up / down

Backgauges

An important condition for achieving a perfect bend is the stability of the backgauge. Wattsan back gauges move along linear guides with servo motors, ensuring perfect running smoothness while maintaining maximum dynamics.

The automated Z-axis movement system eliminates manual movement of the backgauges when changing operations. This speeds up the production process and saves operator time.

Front support calipers

To simplify the supply of material to the bending area, the machine has front support for the sheet on linear guides. The supporting calipers ensure the stable position of the sheet at every stage of bending.

Four-sided matrix of the machine

Possibility of using segmented tools and quick-release holders. Depending on the required length of the bend, the four-sided matrix of the machine can be solid or segmented. Modular assembly of various types of tools expands the range of your options. A set of short dies is capable of processing the workpiece at different angles in several places at the same time in one bend, which optimizes the production process.

Control system DELEM Delem 69T

The machine is equipped with one of the most modern and popular control systems. Thoughtful algorithms which simplify the process of creating programs and minimize setup time.
The Delem 69T is controlled primarily via the touchscreen, a widescreen, high-resolution TFT color display with multi-touch technology that eliminates the need for a keyboard.

Programming is done by directly entering values or by creating a 2D profile, which is independently processed by the system and output to the finished program. Machine adjustments are kept to a minimum thanks to the quick and easy workflow from program to production.

Motorized deflection compensation system

The desktop deflection compensation system is used to ensure the same depth of punch entry into the die along the entire bending length, which ensures the fulfillment of the specified bending parameters.

Deflection compensation avoids the effect of “reciprocating” and ensures perfect bend repeatability along the entire length of the workpiece, guaranteeing high quality of the final product.
