Wattsan FL TT
with New Design

We have rethought the design, making the machines in the new case more durable and minimalist.

Wattsan FL TT can engrave on aluminum (including black engraving), brass, nickel, carbon steel, stainless steel (including color engraving), chrome, tungsten carbide, iron, silicon, gold, titanium, silver and other precious metals. It achieves a detailed drawing with sharp edges of the highest quality and resolution.

Laser source – MOPA JPT

MOPA JPT enables color engraving on metals, contrast engraving on plastics, black engraving on aluminium. MOPA JPT manages each individual pulse and gives a regular matrix of pulses with given operating parameters. Thanks to this function, the laser provides high quality marks required when applying QR codes, bar codes, raster and vector images.

Portable box

Desk type laser marking machine can be easily moved from one place to another thanks to its portable box. The laser source is placed in the box.

Possibility to simply and easily use the rotary device

All Wattsan markers have an easy-to-use rotary device for marking on round or cylindrical items. The device securely but delicately holds products even made of fragile materials without damaging them or leaving scratches on the surface.

Ability to work with oversized workpieces

The design of the machine implies the ability to turn the marking module at the desired angle and fix the tripod in a way that is convenient for processing overall products. Also, if necessary, the marking module (scanner) can be removed from the tripod and suspended from the ceiling. This is used when engraving large-sized workpieces.

The best components to provide speed and precision

    Sino-Galvo scanners
    OPEX lenses, F-Theta system
It's responsible for directing the laser beam on the material’s surface. At Wattsan, we use Sino-Galvo scanners. They have high marking and positioning speed.
The lens is focusing the beam on the material surface. The main advantage of F-Theta lenses is the ability to maintain the same focusing point along the whole working area. Focal length and working area sizes are strictly related.

Correctly set focal length, the desired frequency and power allow you to get a color engraving on some metals, such as stainless steel.

Applications for Wattsan fiber laser engravers.

    wattsan-img

    Engraving on knives

Fiber laser engravers are actively used for decorative marking, which allows you to get a unique design on a product that is not available for other devices.

    wattsan-img

    Engraving on plastics, leather

Little is known that fiber optic engravers are great for engraving plastics and leather. The thickness of the laser beam allows you to get highly detailed engraving.

    wattsan-img

    Color marking

The laser emitter in the autofocus line-up provides color engraving on metals such as stainless steel and titanium.

    wattsan-img

    Deep engraving

A 50 W power and a lens with a small working area are suitable for engraving material up to 10 mm deep, for example, to make stamps or clichés.

    wattsan-img

    Engraving of non-metals

CO2 markers are designed for engraving non-metals at high speed, and are often used in combination with CO2 laser machines.

    wattsan-img

Engraving to a size larger than the working area

Use a coordinate table to obtain markings larger than the working field of the engraver!

    wattsan-img

    Engraving on steep objects

Fiber engravers of the HH series allow you to engrave on vertical or negative surfaces, which make them indispensable for production.

      Logistics
We will deliver the equipment under the most convenient conditions for you

If the machine is not in stock when you purchase it, you must first wait for the assembly process to be completed. It can take at least three weeks (and up to six months). The delivery time itself ranges from 0 days to a month.

We may deliver on various terms. The most popular ones are EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. You can have a machine delivered to your workplace, the destination port, or you can organise the delivery yourself by contacting logistics providers.

EXW is the most basic shipment type, FOB and CIF may be considered the golden mean, and DDP is the most convenient.
