The Wattsan E 4016 PB series press brake is a reliable and cost effective solution for cold forming metal workpieces. It is equipped with a torsion shaft for synchronizing hydraulic cylinders, as well as an NC controller for controlling the position of the back gauge and the general setting of bending parameters. Designed for the manufacture of products with precise geometric parameters. Easy to maintain, durable, reliable. Complies with a high level of security. Hydraulic system

The connection of the hydraulic cylinders of the machine is made using a torsion shaft. The positioning of the hydraulic cylinders is controlled by a synchronization rod. The torsion shaft drives the traverse on both sides. The NC controller coordinates the movement of the rear stops and the operation of the hydraulic cylinders. Machine cylinders and high power main motor ensure reliable operation of the entire hydraulic system.

The C-shaped frame

Precision robotic assembly of the heat-treated one-piece C-frame allows long-term trouble-free operation 24/7. Advantages of the machine design: large space for side installation of the bending tool: Possibility of extracting complex corner parts from the side.

Мounting system

Thanks to the Amada-Promecam type bending tool mounting system and the adjusted coaxiality of the machine, any set of sections can be mounted on Wattsan machines without centering.

Matrices of the Amada-Promecam system have a base of 60 mm and are installed on the machine table through various types of adapters. In this way, 1V, 2V and 4V strand matrices can be fixed.
