Wattsan Auto 8035 fiber laser pipe cutter belongs to the class of medium heavy pipe cutters. Pipe cutting diameter as standard 20 – 220 mm (optional 20-350 mm), pipe length – 6 meters (optional 8 m and 12 m). The machine can process any shape of pipes like standard pipes: round, oval, square, rectangle, complex shapes like channel and I-beam.
Can be equipped with semi-automatic material feed. Depending on the laser source, it allows for precision processing of workpieces with a thickness of more than 12 mm. As an additional feature, it comes with a 45 degree swivel laser head. The machine is designed for industrial use with medium and high load levels.

To improve productivity, the machine can be equipped with a semi-automatic lateral tube feeder that can hold 5 workpieces at the same time. The maximum pipe weight for the supply system is 500 kg. Pipes are manually/crane/loader placed on the feeder, automatically moved and loaded into the machine. The pipe is fed into the cutting zone and its subsequent support occurs due to the servo-driven supports of the pipe side feed system.
For additional support of the pipe in the cutting zone, a movable platform is implemented, which intensively supports the workpiece during processing.
