Wattsan Auto 6022 fiber laser pipe cutting machine belongs to the class of medium heavy industrial pipe cutters. Designed for high-precision cutting of standard pipes, pipes of complex shape, channel and I-beam. As standard, the diameter of the processed pipes is from 20 to 220 mm, the weight of the pipes is 220 kg. The machine can be retrofitted with clamping chucks with a maximum diameter of up to 350 mm and a pipe weight of up to 500 kg. The maximum length of the unused residue is 70–100 mm.
Upon request, the machine can be equipped with a 45 degree swivel laser head for pipe cutting. As well as an automatic material supply system, thanks to which a continuous production process is ensured 24/7.

Wattsan Auto pipe cutters are equipped with servo feet supports. Supports located on the main body of the machine, in the pipe feeding area, automatically adapt to any shape of the pipe during rotation, ensuring its precise positioning. The machine constantly monitors the geometry of the pipe, the continuity of the work process and can fully provide an automated round-the-clock mode with guaranteed quality and cleanliness of the cut.
A support platform is installed in the receiving unit of the machine and it helps to adjust the pipe in the cutting zone. It repeats the contours of the pipe during rotation, intensively dampens vibrations and pushes finished products into a storage tank.
To improve productivity, the machine can be equipped with an automatic vertical tube loading system. The smart autoload function allows you to start cutting with just one push of a button. Before starting the processing, the workpieces are placed on the automatic feeder, then the machine independently measures, sorts, loads and fixes the pipe for cutting.
At the same time, the machine can load a batch of up to 6 pipes, alternately delivers 1 pipe to the cutting zone. The vertical automatic pipe feeding system is used for pipe cutters with a chuck up to 220 mm in diameter. The maximum weight of the pipe for vertical automatic loading is 200 kg.
