The laser welding machine which can weld some materials such as carbon steel, low-alloy, high-tensile, stainless steel, aluminum and titanium alloys. Laser welding is a multipurpose metalworking method that provides minimal welding distortion and a wide range of applications. Laser welding is increasingly being used in various industries. Laser welding is used in areas related with constructing tools, automotive industry, steel building, shipbuilding.

Manual welding head

The software of the machine allows you to change the thickness and type of weld: point, line, circle, filled circle, hourglass. For operator convenience, an additional display on the handpiece shows the current settings.

Laser source

The machine is equipped with a high quality fiber emitter RECI. The other emitters (IPG/Raycus/JPT) are can be installed on the clients’ request. The service life of the laser emitter is more than 100,000 hours. When welding big thick materials, including double-sided welding, IPG and Reci sources are more often preferred. When welding thin materials, any of the presented sources can be used.

Control panel

Intuitive interface for creating a quality weld. A wide range of settings makes it possible to make any type of welding even for a beginner. Training in the operation and maintenance of the machine takes about one day. The touch panel has protection against dust and keeps the working capacity in any conditions.

Water cooling

The chiller is built into the cabin for the ability to work continuously without stopping to rest the machine. The chiller is integrated into the housing for ease of transport.

    When changing the welding nozzle to the cleaning scanner, the machine becomes a full-fledged laser cleaning of continuous exposure. It is used in industries for cleaning metal surfaces from rust and paint. It is also used to clean the weld from tempering colors.
